小针刀治疗陈旧性肛裂78例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 78 cases of chronic anal fissure by scalpel

目的：用小针刀内括约肌切断术治疗陈旧性肛裂。方法：通过与传统内括约肌切断术进行比较，观察小针刀治疗肛裂的疗效。结果：两组疗效有显著差异。治疗组愈合时间、医疗费用明显少于对照组。结论：小针刀内括约肌切断术治疗肛裂愈合时间明显缩短，医疗费用减少，是一种值得推广的术式。

Objective： Treating chronic anal fissure by scalpel sphincterotomy. Methods： By comparing scalpel and traditional internal internal sphincterotomy, to observe the effect of treating anal fissure by scalpel. Result： Effects of two group have significant differences. Healing time and medical costs of treatment group are less than control group. Conclusion： The time of treating anal fissure by scalpel sphincterotomy was significantly shorter. The expenses of medical was reduction. The surgery type is deserve use of promotion.
