目的：探讨藏药研究开发的应对措施。方法：分析藏药的特点、现状以及发展机遇。结果：随着全球化趋势的发展和我国加入WTO，越来越多的中国行业面临着难得的国际市场机遇和严峻的国际竞争挑战，中药乃至藏药产业也不例外。结论：既要看清藏药国际化的广阔前景，也要认识到藏药所面临的种种困难和艰巨任务，充分发扬民族医药的优势和特色，找准适合藏药自身发展的国际化道路，并制定出使之发展的战略目标。

Objective： To investigate the Research and Development Strategy of Tibetan Medicine. Method： Analysis of characteristics of Tibetan medicine, current situation and development opportunities. Results： Tibetan Medicine will face with rare opportunities and severe international market challenges of international competition. Conclusion： Full play to the strengths and characteristics of national medicine, to develop Tibetan medicine.
