中药治疗胃溃疡58例的临床效果研究

The clinical effective study on treating 58 cases of gastric ulcer in TCM

目的：探讨中药治疗胃溃疡的·临床效果。方法：58例胃溃疡患者根据其临床症状，在常规中药治疗的基础上，给予辨证治疗。结果：痊愈43例，有效14例，痊愈率为74．1%，总有效率为98.3％。结论：中药治疗应用于胃溃疡患者的康复，能显著提高临床效果，改善患者生活质量，值得在临床上应用和推广。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese therapy used in patients with gastric ulcer. Methods： 58 cases of patients with gastric ulcer according to the clinical syndrome were given dialectical therapy on base of rontine traditional Chinese therapy. Results： The cure rate was 74.1% （43 cases）, and the total effective rate was 98.3% （57 cases）.Conclusion： Traditional Chinese therapy used in treatment of patients with a gastric ulcer, can significantly enhance clinical effect and improve the life quality of patients, so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
