中医治疗孕产妇痔病170例临床报告

Clinical report of treating 170 cases of pregnant woman hemorrhoids in TCM

目的：为观察在治未病理论指导下采用中医方法，治疗孕妇痔病的临床疗效。方法：将170例孕妇以中医学血瘀证法自拟“痔洗灵”治疗。结果：症状、体征消失为痊愈；症状消失，体征减轻为显效；近期症状、体征减轻为有效；治疗前后症状、体征无变化为无效。结论：在治未病理论指导下，采用中医方法，是预防孕妇痔病的一种安全、简易、有效的方法。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of treating pregnant woman hemorrhoids by direction of Zhiwei disease theory take TCM method. Method： Treating 170 cases of pregnant woman in TCM. Result： Symptom, signs disappear for recovery; Symptom disappear, signs mitigation for markedly; Recent the symptom, signs mitigation for effective; Before and after treatment symptom, signs not change for invalid. Conclusion： Taking the TCM method treating pregnant woman hemorrhoids was method of security, simple, effective.
