金边龙舌兰煎剂治疗慢性支气管炎50例

Treating 50 cases of chronic bronchitis with Jinbian Longshe Lan decoction

目的：观察金边龙舌兰煎剂治疗慢性支气管炎临床疗效。方法：80例患者随机分为治疗组50例，口服金边龙舌兰煎剂；对照组30例，西药常规治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率92．0％，对照组总有效率73．4％，经统计学处理P〈0．05。结论：金边龙舌兰煎剂治疗慢性支气管炎疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of marginate American agave leaf apozem in treating chronic bronchitis. Methods： 80 cases patients were divided equally into treatment group with 50 cases and control group with 30 cases. Treatment group take marginate American agave leaf apozem orally and control group treated by conventional therapy of western medicine. Results： Total effective rate of treatment group is 92.0% while control group is 73.4% P〈0.05. Conclusion： Curative effect of marginate American agave leafapozem in treating chronic bronchitis.
