考虑期权的两阶段生产易逝品供应链协调

Option-Based Coordination of Two-Stage Supply Chain for Perishable Products

针对单个制造商和单个零售商组成的易逝品两级供应链,在制造商采取两阶段生产且给予零售商一次订货机会的前提下,建立并分析了考虑期权契约且结合快速反应和数量柔性策略的决策模型,给出了零售商最优的期权购买量和初始固定订货量,推导出供应链协调的充分条件。算例应用表明:通过引入期权机制、采用数量柔性和快速反应策略不仅可以提高制造商和零售商的期望利润,而且有利于实现供应链的协调。

The coordination problem of a two-stage supply chain for perishable products composed of one manufacturer and one retailer is discussed in this paper.In such a supply chain,it is assumed that the manufacturer operates in a two-stage production mode and only one-time ordering is allowed for the retailer.With option contract,a decision-making model is presented by considering rapid response strategy and quantity flexibility strategy.Based on this model,sufficient condition under which the supply chain can be coordinated is obtained.Under this condition,optimal option purchase quantities and initial fixed order quantities can be calculated for the retailer.The analysis of an illustrative example verifies the results obtained in this paper.
