摘要
在建立民用飞机研发中心选址流程和分析选址原则的基础上,从地理位置、土地获取、工程建设、区域配套、园区政策、产业集聚6个方面分析选址影响因素,构建了选址"目标-指标-因素"模型,并采用层次分析法(AHP)进行比较分析。某民用飞机公司在上海地区的研发中心选址案例验证了以上方法。
With multi-objectives and multi-factors to be considered,it is very difficult to locate Shanghai airplane RD center.To solve this problem,a model of objectives-indices-factors is developed by analyzing the problem in six views: geographical environment,land availability,facility construction,supporting infrastructure,regional policy,and industries around.Based on this model,analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method is applied to solve the problem.By using this method,the Shanghai airplane RD center is satisfactorily located.
