摘要
在建立民用飞机研发中心选址流程和分析选址原则的基础上,从地理位置、土地获取、工程建设、区域配套、园区政策、产业集聚6个方面分析选址影响因素,构建了选址"目标-指标-因素"模型,并采用层次分析法(AHP)进行比较分析。某民用飞机公司在上海地区的研发中心选址案例验证了以上方法。
With multi-objectives and multi-factors to be considered,it is very difficult to locate Shanghai airplane RD center.To solve this problem,a model of objectives-indices-factors is developed by analyzing the problem in six views： geographical environment,land availability,facility construction,supporting infrastructure,regional policy,and industries around.Based on this model,analytic hierarchy process（AHP） method is applied to solve the problem.By using this method,the Shanghai airplane RD center is satisfactorily located.
