摘要
钢管混凝土结构是在钢管中充填混凝土而形成的结构,近年来逐渐广泛应用开来。在钢管混凝土结构施工过程中使用泵送混凝土是最常用的方法,本文以某实际超高层钢管混凝土结构为研究背景,利用ANSYS有限元软件进行了钢管混凝土柱的施工控制模拟和分析。计算了在6.4m、8.4m和12.6m三种工况下,钢管壁和纵横向加劲肋在混凝土荷载下的变形和应力。分析表明,在三种工况下,均可以保证施工过程的安全性。
The concrete filled steel tube structure was formed of concrete filled steel pipe in the structure,widely used in recent years.In the construction of concrete filled steel tubular structure used in the course of pumping concrete is the most commonly used method, this paper,a real super-high concrete filled steel tubular structure research background,using ANSYS finite element software to the construction of concrete filled steel tubular columns control simulation and analysis. Calculated at 6.4m,8.4m and 12.6m three kinds of operating conditions,pipe wall and the longitudinal-transverse stiffening ribs in the concrete under the load deformation and stress.Analysis showed that three kinds of operating conditions,can guarantee the safety Of the construction process.
