Currently,there are good chances and rigorous challenges for introducing foreign capitals.However,Whether Chongqing economy could realize the rapid development or not by a stride depends on the degree of introducing foreign capitals.This article will analyze the current situation and problems of introducing foreign capitals since Chongqing being municipality;put forward the countermeasures to introduce foreign capitals,which is instructive for enhancing the introducing foreign capitals works in Chongqing.
