能源价格上涨对中国第三产业能源效率的冲击——基于VAR模型的实证分析 被引量:19

Energy Price Impacts on Energy Efficiency of the Tertiary Industry in China——A VAR-model Based Empirical Study

摘要 本文在一国经济子部门非均质化的假定下,利用中国1980-2007年的时间序列数据,采用VAR模型和基于该模型的误差修正,格兰杰因果检验,脉冲响应函数以及方差分解的实证方法,得出结论表明:就直接冲击而言,能源价格上涨短期内并不能提高第三产业的能源效率,但长期内对提高第三产业的能源效率有积极作用;就间接冲击而言,能源价格上涨有助于降低交通行业在第三产业中占比,优化产业内的行业结构;有助于降低煤炭比例,优化能源消耗结构,从而提高能源效率;也可通过技术进步作用于能源效率。 Based on the heterogeneity of different industries, this paper, using time series data from year 1980 to 2007 to empirically testify the direct & indirect and long & short term impacts from energy price on the tertiary industry in China. The conclusion is that the energy price increase can directly influence the energy efficiency in a positive way only in the long term, not in the short term, and meanwhile, indirectly, energy price also impacts the energy efficiency via channels of internal industry structure, energy consumption structure and technological advancement.
