摘要
系统分析了冶金高炉废弃物高炉渣的化学成分、物化性质等。利用冶金烧结脱硫生产的硫酸、焦化过程中产出的碱性物质氨水、并利用冶金工艺过程中的余热进行用高炉渣生产橡胶添加剂水合二氧化硅的研究,生产出的水合二氧化硅完全符合橡胶添加剂的要求。由于主要利用废弃资源,此研究具有较好的经济效益和环保效益。
By systematically analyzed the chemical composition, physical chemistry characters of blast furnace slag, hydrated silicon dioxide were prepared using desulphurization vitriol, coking ammonia and metallurgical waste heat, which met the demand of rubber additive. Owing to circularly using of the solid waste-resource and metallurgical waste heat, it had better economical and environmental benefits.
