芜菁花叶病毒侵染对不结球白菜光合及荧光特性的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Turnip Mosaic Virus (TuMV) Infection on Photosynthetic and Fluorescent Characteristics of Non-heading Chinese Cabbage

摘要 以不结球白菜矮脚黄和短白梗为试验材料,探讨芜菁花叶病毒侵染对其光合及荧光特性的影响。结果表明:感染芜菁花叶病毒后,矮脚黄叶绿素的含量、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)均显著降低,而短白梗各个参数下降幅度均不显著;2个品种的PSⅡ有效光化学量子产量(Fv′/Fm′)和最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)降低幅度较小;矮脚黄的PSⅡ实际光化学量子产量(φPSⅡ)、表观光合电子传递速率(ETR)和光化学猝灭系数(qP)均显著降低,而短白梗则降幅较小;非光化学猝灭系数(qN)矮脚黄显著升高,而短白梗升高不明显。 The effects of turnip mosaic virus(TuMV) infection on photosynthetic and fluorescent characteristics of non-heading Chinese cabbage(Aijiaohuang and Duanbaigeng) were evaluated.As the result of infection,the chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) and transpiration(Tr) of the leaves of Aijiaohuang decreased in comparison with those of the healthy plants,but smaller reduction was observed in Duanbaigeng.No great reduction in the photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ in the light(Fv′/Fm′) and the maximal photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ in the dark(Fv/Fm) was observed in the two Chinese cabbage varieties.The actual photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ in the light(φPSⅡ),the linear whole-chain electron transport rate(ETR) and the photochemical quenching of chlorophyll fluorescence(qP) in Aijiaohuang declined more obviously than those in Duanbaigeng.The non-photochemical quenching of chlorophyll fluorescence(qN) was increased more significantly in infected Aijiaohuang plants than that in Duanbaigeng.
