三聚氰胺在蛋黄与蛋白中的残留

摘要 为了探讨三聚氰胺在蛋白和蛋黄中的残留规律,用含不同剂量(10 mg/kg、50 mg/kg、100 mg/kg、500mg/kg、1 000 mg/kg)三聚氰胺的饲料饲喂蛋鸡,用高效液相色谱法分别测定摄食1 d、5 d和15 d时蛋白、蛋黄中三聚氰胺的残留。结果表明,饲料中三聚氰胺添加浓度越大,其在蛋黄和蛋白中的残留量也就越高。随着饲喂时间延长,三聚氰胺残留在蛋白、蛋黄中都相应升高,但主要分布在蛋白中,第1 d时,最低剂量组蛋黄中没有检出三聚氰胺,第15 d,最高剂量组蛋白中的三聚氰胺残留量最大,为14.784 mg/kg。 Three hundred and twenty-four laying hens were fed for 24 d with the feeds containing melamine of different concentrations,10 mg/kg(group1),50 mg/kg(group2),100 mg/kg(group3),500 mg/kg(group 4) and 1 000 mg/kg(group5).Melamine residues in egg white and yolk were determined on the 1st,5th and 15th days by a high performance liquid chromatography method(HPLC).The results showed that residue concentrations of melamine increased with the added amount and feeding time.Melamine was mainly distributed in the protein.The melamine residue was not detectable in egg yolk of the lowest dosage experiment group on 1st day.The greatest melamine density was 14.784 mg/kg in egg white in the highest dosage experiment group on 15th day.
