江苏省两系法杂交稻研究与生产

Status and Countermeasures for Research and Production of Two-line Hybrid Rice in Jiangsu Province

简要回顾了江苏省两系法杂交水稻研究和生产的发展历程,分析了当前育种研究和生产实践中存在的问题,并提出了需解决的关键问题及其对策。建议开展江淮平原稻区自然条件下光温敏不育系育种体系的创新和加强苏中地区两系法杂交稻安全制种技术体系的研究;在两系恢复系和杂交组合选育上,应使常规育种与生物技术相结合,加强恢复系筛选,着力塑造理想株型,注重生理指标选择。

The history and actuality of research and production of two-line hybrid rice in Jiangsu Province are reviewed briefly.The key problems existing at present are analyzed,and the countermeasures for these problems are put forward subsequently.The author considered that systems for breeding sterile line in plains around Changjiang-Huaihe and security for hybrid seed production in middle areas of Jiangsu Province should be studied further.For selecting hybrid combination with strong heterosis,breeders should combine the traditional method with biological techniques for breeding elite restorer,and select hybrid rice with plant ideotype and physiological indices of eurytopicity.
