胃镜下放置鼻空肠营养管治疗重症急性胰腺炎46例 被引量：5

摘要 肠内营养（enteral nutrition，EN）是人体正常的生理营养途径。重症急性胰腺炎患者禁食时间长，基础代谢率高，长期行胃肠外营养（parenteral nutrition，PN）存在诸多并发症。治疗中适时选择肠内营养对于恢复消化功能，修复消化道黏膜，防止细菌移位具有重要作用。我院2002-05至2007-05开展胃镜下放置鼻空肠营养管治疗重症急性胰腺炎46例，取得了良好效果，现报道如下：
