微波热疗诱导大鼠胰腺HSP70和HSP60的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究微波热疗对大鼠胰腺HSP60和HSP70表达的影响。方法将多功能治疗仪置于大鼠腹部进行辐射,使肛温升至40~41℃,维持30 min。分别于热疗后不同时段测定胰腺HSP60和HSP70含量。结果与对照组比较,HSP70和HSP60均于微波热疗后升高(P<0.05)。HSP70高峰出现在12 h(3.2倍),36 h下降至对照组2倍。HSP60高峰出现于12 h(2.1倍),36 h轻度下降(1.9倍)。结论微波热疗可同时诱导大鼠胰腺HSP70和HSP60表达。 Objective To investigate microwave hyperthermia induction of heat shock protein 60 and 70 expressions in rats. Methods Rats' rectal temperature was elevated ( 40 -41℃, 30min) by a radiator for microwave hyperthernia. Pancreatic HSP60 and HSP70 were measured at 0 h, 3 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, and 36 h sequentially after thermotherapy. Results Microwave hyperthemia resulted in a significant upregulation of pancreatic HSP60 and HSP70 expressions(P 〈0.05). HSP70 and HSP60 both peaked at 12 h (3.2 times vs. 2.1 times). HSP70 declined to a level twice the control while HSP60 declined slightly at 36 h( 1.9 times). Conclusions Microwave hyperthermia can upregulate pancreatic HSP60 and HSP70 expressions.
