原发性肺印戒细胞癌临床回顾研究

A clinical study of 12 patients with primary signet ring cell carcinoma of lung and literature review

目的探讨原发性肺印戒细胞癌(signet ring cell carcinoma,SRCC)的临床和病理特点。方法回顾性分析在解放军总医院住院的12例原发性肺SRCC的临床及病理资料。结果原发性肺SRCC发病年龄较轻,其诊断依靠病理和免疫组织化学检查,该病预后差,治疗除手术外,目前尚无标准化疗方案。结论原发性肺SRCC临床少见,恶性程度高,需提高对该病诊断和治疗的认识。

Objective To study the clinical and pathological features of primary signet ring cell carcinoma of the lung. Methods The clinical and pathological features in 12 patients with primary signet ring cell carcinoma of the lung admitted from 2000 to 2009 were studied. Results Most patients were relatively young. Diagnosis depended on pathological and immunohistochemical studies. The prognosis was poor and the effect of treatment required further studies. Conclusion The diagnosis and treatment of primary signet ring cell carcinoma of the lung should be improved because of its low incidence and high malignancy.
