生长抑素Ⅱ型受体、血管内皮生长因子在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及相关性研究

Expressions of somatostatin receptor 2 and vascular endothelial growth factor in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues

摘要 目的研究生长抑素Ⅱ型受体(somatostatin receptor 2,SSTR2)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growthfactor,VEGF)在鼻咽癌组织中的表达情况,探讨其与鼻咽癌的关系及二者之间的相关性。方法分别取正常鼻咽部组织、癌旁组织及鼻咽癌组织,用免疫组化法检测SSTR2、VEGF的表达情况,统计分析其表达与肿瘤分期的关系及二者表达相关性。结果正常组织中未检测到SSTR2、VEGF的表达,癌旁组织与鼻咽癌组织中SSTR2、VEGF的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各期鼻咽癌组织中SSTR2、VEGF的表达差异无统计学意义。SSTR2与VEGF在鼻咽癌组织中的表达呈正相关。结论 SSTR2与VEGF均在鼻咽癌组织中有普遍的阳性表达,与癌分期无关,二者表达呈正相关。 Objective To investigate the expression of somatostatin receptor 2 (SSTR2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) tissues and their relationship. Methods Tumor samples, lateral -tumor samples and 10 samples of pharynx nasal tissues from healthy adults were examined by immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of SSTR2 and VEGF. The relationship between the two markers and stages was analyzed statistically. Results No SSTR2 or VEGF was detected in normal pharynx nasal tissues. Statistically significant difference was shown between lateral - tumor samples and all stages of NPC tumor samples. Conclusions SSTR2 and VEGF are expressed in NPC tumor tissues, and their expressions are not associated with stages. There is, however, statistically positive correlation between the two.
