钛种植体骨细胞相容性表面改性的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 种植义齿能最大程度地恢复咀嚼功能,促进骨组织代谢,延缓牙槽骨的吸收,改善生活质量。种植体植入成功的关键环节是如何保证钛金属种植体与骨组织界面发生骨结合,为此钛金属表面一般需进行改性或涂层,如粗化处理、羟基磷灰石涂层等。遗憾的是,目前几乎所有常用的牙科种植材料都没有诱导成骨的效用,或者诱导成骨的能力很弱,
