摘要
目的通过伢典(Carisolv)化学机械去腐与传统牙钻去腐治疗乳牙面龋的疗效比较,探讨儿童对Carisolv化学机械去腐技术的接受程度及更容易为儿童接受的牙体牙髓治疗的方法。方法门诊就诊的3~9岁儿童为实验对象,选择112例232颗(牙合)面中龋至深龋,无牙髓炎症状的乳磨牙,Carisolv化学机械去腐法的126例,传统球钻磨除法的为106例,对术中患儿的疼痛程度及治疗中意外穿髓率进行评估。结果 Cafisolv组术中患牙疼痛程度Ⅰ级(感觉无明显疼痛)、Ⅱ级(感觉轻微疼痛)的占96.03%,车针组占59.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Cafisolv组意外穿髓率为1.4%,车针组意外穿髓率为28.57%,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Carisolv化学机械去腐技术用于乳牙龋病治疗时无痛率高、相对更安全、无噪音,更容易被患儿接受,值得在临床应用中推广。
Objective To compare the clinic effects of chemo - mechanic caries removal and conventional excavation in primary dentine caries and to discuss and research children's acceptance level of the chemo -mechanical method and the acceptable treatments for children. Methods Child patients aged 3 to 9 were recruited 232 molar temporary teeth which were moderately or severely decayed on the occlusion surface without pulpitis were chosen from 112 subjects. 126 teeth were treated by Carisolv's method and 106 teeth by the traditional method. The degree of pain and the pulp piercing rate were assessed during the treatment. Results The toothache degree Ⅰ and Ⅱ accounted for 96.03% in Carisolv's method group, and 59.42% in control group, with statistically significant difference (P 〈0.05). The pulp piercing rate in Carisolvg method was 1%, and that in control group was 28.57%, with statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Carisolv's method is safe, noiseless, highly painless, and therefore readily acceptable by children. It should be popularized in dental therapeutics.
