红细胞体积分布宽度的临床应用价值研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 红细胞体积分布宽度(red blood cell volume distribution width,RDW)是利用循环中红细胞大小不同而对其体积不均一性,用全自动血细胞分析仪进行定量检测,属于全血成分计数的一个组成部分。通过对RDW的检测,可以了解红细胞体积大小是否具有均一性,通常可用红细胞体积分布宽度变异系数(RDW—CV)和标准差(RDW—SD)表示。
