H．264在3G移动视频监控系统中的应用

Application of H.264 in 3G Remote Video Monitoring System

H．264标准是ITU-T和ISO／IEC的联合视频组JVT）制定的新一代视频编码国际标准，在H．263等视频标准的基础上，采用多种新技术，提高了压缩性能、编码效率、网络适应能力及视频传输的可靠性等。文章针对3G信道固有的带宽有限，误码率高等特点，从压缩效率和网络适应性两个方面分析和讨论H．264在3G中的应用。

H.264 is a new generation of video coding international standard which developed by JVT（Joint Video Team）.On some standard basis,such as H.263,H.264 take some new technologys,it provide significantly better compression performance,coding effficiency,network suitability and reliability of transmission.Because of the inherent characteristic in 3G signal path,this paper analysis the application of H.264 in the 3G from two aspests of compression efficiency and network suitability.
