摘要
本文从软件开发的目的出发，系统剖析影响软件开发的各种因素，进而得出影响软件开发的成本的各个条件，并且以此为根据提出行之有效的管理软件开发的一些方法和策略，以此来降低成本，提高经济效益。
The purpose of this paper starting from the software development,system analysis of factors affecting software development,software development and thus come to influence the cost of various conditions,and form the basis for effective management of software development methods and strategies of some in order to reduce costs,increase economic efficiency.
