摘要
基于CDMA网络的短消息业务（SMS）及其增值业务已经成为电信移动业务收入的主要来源。本文结合了CDMA网络的原理，介绍了短消息实现机制和CDMA手机软件中的实现，着重介绍了短消息网络结构和通信管理和CDMA手机中短消息的人机界面（UI）软件实现。
Short message service and its value_added services based on CDMA network have been major income of China telecom mobile service.Applied the theory of CDMA network,the paper illustrates the SMS＇s mechanism and software design in CDMA mobile phone.The paper focus on the network structure of SMS and communication administration.We also illustrate the design of SMS User-Interface software of CDMA mobile phone.
