知人测验系统评估武警某部新兵的结果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的对新训期新兵进行心理测查,掌握新兵新训期心理健康状况,及时筛检出精神疾病者。方法使用本课题组研制的知人测验系统(personal perception test system,PPTS)对698名新兵进行团体心理测验,对初筛的新兵进行个别回访,对严重心理障碍者进行终极诊断。结果初筛测验指标不合格者59名,占总数的8.45%;检出并确诊4例重性精神障碍者,其中1例自杀未遂者,检出率为0.57%;检出有明显心理问题者15人,检出率为2.15%。两类检出人员占回访总数的32.2%。结论对新训期新兵进行心理测查十分必要,能够及时检出重症精神病并做相应处理,确保部队的安全稳定和战斗力。知人测验系统可以作为新兵心理测查的有效工具。 Objective To evaluate the psychological status and screen mental disorders in recruits by psychological assessment. Methods 698 recruits were subjected to the personal perception test system (PPTS). Those who were screened out by PPTS were interviewed and diagnosed individually. Results 59 recruits were screened out, accounting for 8.45%. Four recruits were diagnosed as having mental disorders, accounting for 0.57%. 15 recruits had mental discomfort, accounting for 2.15%. Conclusions Psychological assessment of recruits is very necessary. The personal perception test system is a valid tool for recruits.
