电解可脱性弹簧圈(GDC)在复杂脑动脉瘤治疗中的应用(附4例报告)

摘要 目的电解可脱性弹簧圈(GDC)在复杂脑动脉瘤治疗中的应用体会。方法4例较为复杂的脑动脉瘤的介入治疗;均采用GDC系统栓塞。所选病例均为外科手术困难的。结果采用GDC系统,4例复杂的脑动脉瘤介入治疗操作顺利,达到临床治愈目的。如采用其他栓塞材料将会有很大困难,甚至不能完成。结论目前GDC是脑动脉瘤介入治疗较好的栓塞材料,其具有柔软、可控性好的特点;在外科手术困难、较为复杂的脑动脉瘤病例的介入治疗中GDC应为首选;但其价格较昂贵。 Purpose To explore experiences in treatment of complicated brain aneurysms with GDC system.Methods Using Guglielmi detachable coils system performed all endovascular embolization of the complicated brain aneurysms of 4 cases.Results The endovascular treatment of these 4 cases of complicated brain aneurysms was performed successfully.And the patients made clinic recovery.It would be rather difficult if we have used other materials of embolization, or even could not be completed.Conclusion At present, Guglielmi detachable coils are excellent materials for intra aneurysmal embolization.GDCs have the soft and well controllable characters.For the cases of complicated brain aneurysm that are difficult to be treated surgically,the endovascular treatment with GDCs should be taken as first choice.However,GDCs are expensive. [
