摘要
目的探讨高龄骨质疏松不稳定性股骨转子间骨折伴糖尿病患者的围手术期处理方案。方法应用双极人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄老年人不稳定股骨转子间骨折伴糖尿病30例,围手术期合理控制血糖水平。结果病人均安全渡过围手术期,且伤口Ⅰ期甲级愈合。80%的患者髋关节功能接近或恢复到受伤前水平。未发现髋内翻、感染、松动、脱位者。结论积极做好围手术期血糖控制,配合正确的手术操作,可使患者早日恢复生活能力。
Objective To investigate the perioperative management program of elderly osteoporotie unstable intertrochanteric fractures in patients with diabetes. Methods Using the bipolar hemiarthroplasty to 30 dderly patients with unstable intertrochantefie fracture and diabetes. At the same time they had a reasonable control of perioperative blood glucose levels. Results All of the patients had safely pass the perioperative period. And their wounds were healed at the first stage. The hip function in 80% of patients was close or returned to pre - injury level. Coxa vara, infection, loosening, dislocation were not found. Conclusion Actively perioperative blood glucose control, with the correct operation, patients can resume life skills at an early date.
