LEEP COMBINED WITH AOPING INTERFERON SUPPOSITORY TREATMENT OF CERVICAL EROSION

摘要 目的探讨LEEP术联合干扰素栓治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效、愈合情况及并发症发生情况。方法将120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患者在月经干净后7天行LEEP手术,观察组在常规治疗的基础上,术前术后加用干扰素栓抗病毒治疗,术后观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果与对照组相比,观察组应用干扰素栓抗病毒治疗后,可以显著缩短创面愈合时间(p<0.001)、阴道流液持续时间(p<0.001)、术处结痂脱落时间(p<0.02);增加第12周创面治愈率(p<0.05),减少并发症发生情况(p<0.05)。结论 LEEP术联用干扰素栓可以显著减少患者术后痊愈时间,此方法值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective To investigate the efficacy and complications of LEEP eombined with Aoping interferon Suppository treatment of cervical erosion. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into two groaps, control groups operated for LEEP in the seventh days after menstrual clean, the treatment group therapy based on preoperative suppository added after antiviral therapy, clinical efficacy were observed after the operation. Results Compared with the control group, observation group with suppository antiviral therapy can significantly shorten the healing time (p 〈 0. 001 ), vaginal fluid duration (p 〈 0. 001 ) ; operation site scab off time (p 〈 0. 02) ; increase in the first 12 weeks of wound cure rate (p 〈 0. 05 ), reduction of complications (p 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion LEEP combined with interferon can significantly reduce postoperative recovery time, this method should be applied in clinical practice.
