In order to find stable and new radioprotectors,the ring strains and low energy conformations of 4 typical compounds were obtained through computer aided computing,and by means of molecular mechanics and semiempirical molecular orbital methods respectively.The difference of the stable properties has been explained by the comparison of the ring strains and low energy conformations.The feasibility of compound of A110 and 225 was affirmed.
