皮下埋植避孕剂Norplant对小鼠免疫功能的研究

THE EFFECT OF NORPLANT INPLANT ON IMMUNITY IN MICE

目的：采用避孕剂Ｎｏｒｐｌａｎｔ皮下埋植小鼠模型，埋植三个月后，观察Ｎｏｒｐｌａｎｔ对机体免疫功能的影响；方法：实验用３６只小鼠分成６组，每组６只，其中，Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ三组皮下埋植Ｎｏｒｐｌａｎｔ，Ｄ、Ｅ、Ｆ三组做为对照；Ａ、Ｄ组观察脾脏淋巴细胞对ＣｏｎＡ的增殖反应，Ｂ、Ｅ组观察Ｓ１８０移殖后的瘤重，Ｃ、Ｆ组观察白色念珠菌感染后的存活期；结果：淋巴细胞增殖反应及瘤重与对照组相比无显著差异；白色念珠菌感染后存活期比对照组减少，但统计学处理无显著性差异；结论：本实验结果为临床应用Ｎｏｒｐｌａｎｔ安全性提供了理论依据。

Objective:To study of Norplant inplant on immunity in animal model.Method:36 mice divided into six groups.The A、B、C、 three groups were Norplant inplant and the D、E、F were control groups.After three month,the effect of inplant on spleen of lymphoproliferation to ConA were measured in A、D groups.The groups B、E were ingected with sacroma 180 (S 180 ),groups C、F were iv C.albicans.Result:indicated there was no significant difference in response of lymphocyte to ConA and tumor weight between inplant group and control group (P>0.05).The survival time of C.albicans infection were reduced compared with control group,but no had significant statistical differences (P>0.05).Conclusion:The finding appear to indicate Norplant use salf of health.
