路路通注射液对冠心病患者抗过氧化损伤功能及红细胞变形性及血粘度的影响

THE EFFECTS OF LULUTONG INJECTION ON SOD ,MDA, RCD AND BLOOD VESCOSITY IN PRATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASER

目的：为了探讨路路通注射液在冠心病治疗中的作用；方法：３６例冠心病患者，用路路通注射液治疗，观察治疗前后超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活性、丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）含量、红细胞变形性（ＲＣＤ）、血粘度变化情况；结果：治疗后ＳＯＤ活性明显升高（Ｐ＜０．００１），ＭＤＡ含量明显降低（Ｐ＜０．００１），ＲＣＤ指数ＩＦ变小（Ｐ＜０．００１），血沾度改善显著（Ｐ＜０．００１）；

Objcective:To evaluate the effects of lulutong injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:Thirty six cases of CHD were treated with lulutong injection,and the change of the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),Level of serum malon diadehyde(MDA),red cells deformability(RCD),blood vescosity after treatment were observed. Result:After the treatment ,the activity of SOD increased significantly(P<0 001),the levels of MDA(P<0.001)and the RCD indexfiltration index(IF)decreased(P<0.001),and the blood vescosit were improved.Conclusion: lu-lutong injection may play an important role in the treatment of CHD.
