经颅多普勒观察尼莫地平治疗血管性头痛脑血流变化研究

THE STUDY ON THE CHANGES OF CEREBRAL FLOWS DETECTED BY TRANSCRANIAL DOPPLER (TCD)DURING THE TREATMENT WITH NIMODIPINE WITH VASCULAR HEADACHE

目的：研究尼莫地平治疗血管性头痛脑血流的变化及疗效；方法：应用经颅多普勒超声仪（ＴＣＤ）检测血管性头痛血流速度变化观察３５例。并应用尼莫地平治疗前后自身对照；结果：ＴＣＤ检测结果发现血管性头痛治疗前血流速度明显增快，与治疗后比较有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；结论：ＴＣＤ能动态反映血流动力学及血管本身情况，从而能提供合理用药治疗的客观依据。两者结合治疗血管性头痛的方法值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the changes of cerebral flows and the effects with Nimodipine treatment with cerebral headache.Methods:35 cases with cerebral headache were detected by TCD for blood flow speed changes,and made comparisons between before and after treatment with Nimodipine.Results:The results of TCD detection found that blood flows were significantly faster and varied greatly before the treatment than those after(P<0.01).Conclusion:TCD can reflect the blood trend dynamics and the conditions of blood vessels,thus supplied the objective basis for rational remedies,and tolink the two for the treatment of vaxcular headache is a means that is worth for clinical application.
