摘要
在追溯劳动发展过程的基础上,对"体面劳动"的内涵进行了概述。指出了我国企业在"体面劳动"问题上存在的员工工作环境缺乏安全感、人性化、管理程度不高、员工薪酬待遇偏低,管理制度刻板四方面缺陷,并提出了我国企业实现改善工作环境、增强薪酬分配的公平性等"体面劳动"的若干管理对策。
This paper summarizes the connotation of "decent work" on the basis of tracing the develop: ment process of labor. Meanwhile, the paper points out that concerning Chinese enterprises, there are four problems in this respect, that is, Jack of sense of security and humanism for the working environment, low payment, and stiff management. Then several countermeasures are proposed for Chinese enterprises to achieve "decent work" by better working environment and more equitable payment distribution.
