New Period Literature:Aesthetic regression in New Age of Enlightenment

"新时期文学"是我国当代文学发展的第三个历史时期,是思想、文化、审美的新启蒙时代。其间文学的变化发展经历了两个既相互联系又有着巨大区别的阶段:从文学连接"五四"传统、恢复现实主义精神、弘扬人道主义的思想、文化启蒙时期到文学回归自身,走向审美的艺术多元、创新时期,由此促成了"新启蒙时代"的审美回归,从而对当代文学产生深远的影响。

New Period Literature, the third historical period of contemporary Chinese literature, is a new age of enlightenment on ideology, culture and aesthetics. During this period, the change and development of literature has undergone two stages which have link and difference between them. In the first stage of ideological and cultural enlightenment, literature connects with ＂May 4th＂ Movement tradition, tries to restore the spirit of the realism and humanism and carries forward humanitarianism. Then the second stage turns to aesthetics with artistic diversity and innovation. As a result, the aesthetic regression of New Age of Enlightenment is formed which has a far-reaching influence on con- temporary literature.
