作为反垄断法禁止的三大行为之一,垄断协议可能会产生限制、扭曲市场竞争的法律后果,历来受到各国反垄断法的严格控制。文章通过相关案例,对民用航空市场的垄断协议进行了分析并提出建议。

As one of the three prohibited acts in the antitrust law, monopoly agreement may have the legal consequences of distorting and restricting competition in the market, so it has always been strictly controlled. In this paper, according to the relevant cases, the monopoly agreement in the civil aviation market is discussed and some suggestions are put forward.
