我国城乡流通业协调发展初探

To Accelerate the Development of Circulation Industry in China's Urban and Rural Areas

建立城乡流通产业一体化格局是理论和认识的重大突破,意味着我国旧的城乡关系向新型城乡关系的转变,通过对我国城乡流通体系模式的回顾与总结,研究存在的问题,探讨我国城乡流通体系协调发展的途径,本文对我国城乡流通体系进行系统研究,提出了城乡流通一体化的基本设想,在遵循城乡流通一体化基本原则的基础上,提出了推进城乡流通产业协调发展的基本路径。

It is a major theoretical and cognitional breakthrough to fulfill the integration of the circulation in dustry inChina＇s urban and rural areas,which also implies the transformation of the country＇s urban-rural relationship.In this sense,it is of consideration that interested researchers review and summarize the modes in which China has ever run its urban and rural circulation systems,and then study the problems that may exist therein,so as to explore possible approaches for the coordinated development of such systems.As its exposition proceeds,this paper investigates China＇s urban and rural circulation systems in a systematic manner,advances some basic ideas on the integration of such systems,and principled on these ideas,proposes a general approach for promoting the coordinated development of the circulation industry in the country＇s towns and countryside.
