摘要
在汽车零部件供应物流中引入第三方物流,是对原有的物流资源进行整合并协调优化,建立以第三方物流为运营管理主体的供应物流模式。第三方物流服务商根据汽车生产的需求,通过对供应物流运作方式的重构,实现零部件运输合理化、库存最小化和上线准时化。在实施过程中,应注意根据整车厂对零部件的不同需求采取不同的配送方式,避免一律采用准时制配送从而造成效率背反现象;整车厂要与第三方物流服务商结成战略联盟,在目标一致的前提下进行高度互动协作,以防商业机密外泄;建立多方共享的信息平台,整车厂、零部件供应商和第三方物流服务商通过信息平台实现信息共享,有效地提高物流运作水平和物流管理水平。
The "main engine-oriented"pattern of auto parts supply logistics is not suitable to the development of modern auto industry.The 3PL-based pattern of logistics is now the main pattern which can help improve logistic efficiency,reduce logistic cost,optimize storage and be benefit for the enhancement of core competitiveness of the auto manufacturing enterprises.But there are some limitations brought by this pattern.So,the auto manufacturing enterprises should apply this according to their own situation.The enterprises should adopt different mode of distribution for different type of parts.The 3PL service providers should provide specialized service.The entire car producer should be allied with the 3PL service provider and coordinated with them based on the same target.The entire car producer,supplier and 3PL service provider should share the information through an advanced flat of information.
