马克思主义经济学总体方法论对经济全球化的宏观认识具有重要的启示:第一,对经济全球化的本质,必须从总体上而不是从某一方面进行理解;第二,经济全球化具有二重属性,即自然属性和社会属性;第三,经济全球化是一个历史范畴,是人类社会发展到一定阶段的产物,是一个长期的过程;第四,经济全球化不是一种目标,甚至也不是一种稳定的状态,而是一种客观趋势和一个主观的过程。
