摘要 采用臂丛前索运动功能指数(BPFI)与HRP神经元逆行标记、电镜分析相结合的方法研究发现,豚鼠臂丛前束神经切断并行修复术后,前肢综合运动能力的变化与脊髓腹角运动神经元突触的数量与型式密切相关,电针对此具有显著的良性影响;再生神经支内有原非本神经支的轴突触重建水平是影响肢体运动功能恢复的重要环节,再生神经的“误向长入” By intergating the brachial plexus functional index(BPFI)、the retrograde labelling of horseradish peroxidase and the electron microscope,we find, after the cut and recovery of the brachial plexus of guinea pig,the changes of the fore leg synthesis motor ability are intricately related with the number and pattem of the motor neuron synapse of the anterior horn of spinal cord,which electron acupuncture has positive effect and axial growth of other neurons into the regenernated nerve dose not produce noticeable changes in motor ability.According to our results,the level of the synaptic reconstruction of the motor neuron is the main factors which affected the functional recovery,and “misdirection of the nerve sprouts” did not qualitatively effect the movement function of the limb.
