2004-2008年浙江省嘉兴市秀洲区乙型病毒性肝炎发病报告情况分析

Analysis of viral hepatitis B case reports in Xiuzhou district,Jiaxing,Zhejiang,2004-2008

目的了解浙江省嘉兴市秀洲区2004-2008年乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)发病年报现状。方法对全区2004-2008年乙肝年报资料进行分析。结果嘉兴市秀洲区2004-2008年累计报告乙肝病例1084例,年均报告发病率为47.71/10万,分别低于2004年全国报告乙肝发病率低水平的50/10万和2006年乙肝监测点全国法定传染病报告系统报告乙肝发病率的78.44/10万。结论 2004-2008年乙肝年报告发病率呈下降趋势,但存在乙肝报告"虚高"现象。

Objective To determine the prevalence of viral hepatitis B in Xiuzhou district,Jiaxing city,Zhejiang province from 2004 to 2008.Methods Annual case reports of viral hepatitis B in the district from 2004 to 2008 were analyzed.Results The cumulative number of reported cases was 1 084 in the district from 2004 to 2008,the average annual incidence of 47.71/lakh,lower than the reported incidence in 2004 （50/lakh） and that reported by the national notifiable infectious disease reporting system for hepatitis B in 2006 （78.44/lakh）.Conclusion Despite decreasing reported incidence rates of hepatitis B from 2004 to 2008,nominally high incidence was noticed in the case reports.
