2002-2008年浙江省海盐县梅毒流行特征分析

Epidemiological analysis of syphilis in Haiyan county of Zhejiang province,2002-2008

目的了解浙江省海盐县梅毒流行特征及发病趋势。方法采用描述流行病学方法对海盐县2002-2008年梅毒疫情资料进行研究分析。结果 2002-2008年海盐县梅毒年均发病率为37.90/10万,梅毒发病率从2002年的7.66/10万上升到2008年的113.76/10万,年均递增56.78%,呈快速上升趋势(χ2=744.43,P<0.005);发病年龄主要集中20～39岁年龄组最高,占梅毒总数的51.91%,男性发病率50～59岁年龄组最高,为68.00/10万,女性20～29岁年龄组最高,为81.92/10万;男性发病率为39.46/10万,女性发病率为36.35/10万,男、女性年均发病率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.65,P>0.05);职业主要为农民、工人、民工,分别占总数的49.20%、16.79%、7.11%。结论海盐县梅毒发病率呈快速增长趋势。应加强健康教育,提倡安全性行为,加强高危和重点人群的监测,以有效遏制梅毒的流行。

Objective To evaluate the epidemiological characteristics and epidemic trends of syphilis in Haiyan county,Zhejiang province.Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis of the data on syphilis epidemics in Haiyan from 2002 to 2008 was conducted.Results The average annual incidence of syphilis was 37.90/lakh in Haiyan from 2002 to 2008.In this county,the incidence of syphilis increased from 7.66/lakh in 2002 to 113.76/lakh in 2008,with an average annual increment of 56.78 percent,which was significant （ χ2= 744.43,P0.005）.The age of onset for most patients was 20 to 39 （51.91%）.The highest incidence of males was found in the 50-to 59-year-old group （68.00/lakh） and that of females was in the 20-to 29-year-old group （81.92/lakh）.In total,the annual average incidence was 39.46/lakh in males and 36.35/lakh in females without significant difference （χ2 = 1.65,P0.05）.Farmers,workers and migrant laborers were the primarily affected occupations,accounting for 49.20%,16.79% and 7.11%,respectively.Conclusion In view of the rapidly growing prevalence of syphilis in Haiyan,great importance should be attached to the improvement of health education,promotion of safe sex activities and surveillance of high-risk and susceptible population to effectively control the disease.
