摘要 雷帕霉素是吸水链霉菌产生的三烯大环内酯免疫抑制剂,不溶于水,溶于低级醇等大多数有机溶媒。根据抗生素效价测定的杯碟法,采用纸片法进行雷帕霉素生物效价测定,一、二剂量法测定结果经数理统计符合药典规定要求,雷帕霉素结晶品测定的结果与HPLC一致。 Rapamycin is a triene macrolide immunossuppressant by Srt. hygroscopicus. It is insoluble in water. but soluble in most of organic solvents. The bioassay of rapamycin was evaluated by paper disc assay,the results of bioassay meet the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopeia by biostatistics. The amount of rappamycin crystalline estimated by bioassay is identical with that of HPLC analysis,
