摘要 近10余年来,由于HIV/AIDS的流行、移民、多种耐药结核菌的增多,以及不少国家和地区对结核病控制的忽视等因素,全球结核病形势急剧恶化,无论发达国家或发展中国家,结核病病人数都在增加。据世界卫生组织估算,全球已有近20亿人口受结核菌的感染,有2000万结核病人,每年新发生的结核病病人数为800~1000万人。结核病是一个全球性的严重公共卫生问题,现已引起国际社会的极大关注。 Tuberculosis has always been one of the most serious public health problems in the world. In recent years, new attention is focused on some increasing factors, such as drug-tolerance and correlation to HIV. As the result, several promising anti-tuberculosis agents have been found and launched a series of clinical trails. Herein, we try to review them to give some clues to the clinical anti-tuberculosis in china.
