摘要
目的研究分离自海绵的菌株FIM06031产生的次级代谢产物。方法系统发育、形态特征和生理生化特性分析鉴定菌株FIM06031到属水平。有机溶媒提取菌株FIM06031发酵液,用正相硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析和高速逆流色谱等方法对菌株次级代谢产物进行分离和纯化。通过紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱(1H)和碳谱(13C)等分析对化合物FW03101进行结构鉴定。结果与结论菌株FIM06031属于疣孢菌属(Verrucosispora),定名为Verrucosispora sp.FIM06031,其中一个代谢产物FW03101与2'-脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(2'-Deoxyuridine)同质。本文首次报道从疣孢菌中分离到2'-脱氧尿嘧啶核苷。
Objective To study the metabolites of microorganism FIM06031 from marine sponge. Methods Strain FIM06031 was identified to genus level by phylogenetic analyses, morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics. The metabolites from the culture broth of FIM 06031 were extracted by organic solvents, purified by silica gel column, sephadex LH-20 column and high-speed countercurrent chromatography. The structure of compound FW03101 was determined by UV spectra, infrared spectra , ^1H and ^13C-NMR data analyses. Results and Conclusion The strain FIM06031 belonged to the genus Verrucosispora and was named as Verrucosispora sp. FIM06031. Compound FW03101 was determined to be 2′-Deoxyuridine. To our knowledge, this is the first report on isolation of 2′-Deoxyuridine from Verrucosispora.
