摘要
目的主要介绍一步酶法制备7-ACA较两步酶法的优势,重点探讨一步酶法制备7-ACA的酶解条件、纯化技术、结晶工艺。方法7-ACA一步酶法和两步酶法的优势对比分析,酶的选择、一步酶法酶解反应条件、裂解液纯化技术、裂解液结晶技术的筛选。结果确定了酶解条件一反应温度20~25℃、PH8.5、时间60min,烷烃类萃取纯化条件、结晶条件。结论该方法制备的7-ACA质量好,收率高。
Objective The advantages of one-step enzymatic process of 7-ACA over two-step enzymatic process of 7-ACA was introduced, focusing on the conditions of enzymatic reaction, purification technologies and crystallization process. Methods Compare and analyze the characteristics of one-step and two-step enzymatic process of 7-ACA, especially on choice of the enzymes, conditions of enzymatic reaction, purification technologies and crystallization process. Results The optimistic conditions of enzymatic reaction(20-25℃, PH8.5, 60min), purification and crystallization were obtained. Conclusion 7-ACA prepared by one-step enzymatic process which was introduced in this paper was obtained with good quality and high yield.
