摘要
为了观察小剂量高渗氯化钠复合琥珀酰明胶溶液(HSG)对出血性休克犬血流动力学的影响。选用10只健康杂种犬,随机分成两组,即休克后HSG复苏组(实验组,n=5)和氯化钠溶液(HSL)复苏组(对照组,n=5)。动物在麻醉和机械通气条件下行股动脉插管,左颈外静脉插入5FSwan-Ganz漂浮导管,动脉导管连接多功能监测仪。经股动脉连续放血15min使MAP降至6.67kPa并维持30min,此后两组分别用4mg/kg的HSG和HSL进行复苏。观察并记录两组动物复苏前后血流动力学指标的变化。结果显示:实验组输注HSG后MAP增高81%(P<0.01),CO增高113%(P<0.01),其余各项指标都有明显增高,且各值显著高于对照组(P<0.01)并维持整个实验过程。说明高渗氯化复合物琥珀酰明胶溶液可以显著而持久地改善出血性休克犬的血流动力学,疗效显著高于单纯高渗氯化钠溶液。
To oborve influence of small doase of 7. 5% NaCl/4% succinylated gelatin solution (HSG) on hemodynamics in resuscitating hemorrhagic shock. Ten dogs were randormly divided into two groups: resuscitated with HSG after hemorrhagic shock (experimental group, n=5) and HSL (control group,n = 5). The dogs were intimated and ventilated with HPPV. Dogs were bled through a catheter in femoral artery until MAP reahed by 6. 67 kpa. MAP was rnaintained at this level for 30 minutes. HSG or HSL (4ml/kg) was injected intravenously. The changes of hemodynamics were recorded before and after infusion. After injecting HSG, MAP increases by 81 %, MPAP increases by 60%. There paramters were significantly higher than that of contro group (P< 0.01), and rnaintained high level within 180 minutes of experimental period.PVR were significantly decreases (P<0.01) and was lower than that in contro group (P<0.01 ). The effect of HSG on improving hemodynamics in resuscitating hemorrhagic shock is superior to that of HSL.
