摘要
目的：观察乙肝３ 号冲剂治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法：选择慢性乙肝中重度患者１２０ 例，随机分成两组，治疗组口服乙肝３ 号冲剂，对照组皮下注射α干扰素３００ 万Ｕ，观察治疗后肝功能、ＨＢＶ－Ｍ 和肝纤维化指标的变化。结果：经治疗后谷丙转氨酶、γ球蛋白、血清胆红素、血清透明质酸和ＩＶ 胶原均明显降低，与对照组比较，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０５，＜ ０．０１）；ＨＢｅＡｇ 和ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ 的阴转率分别为４０．０％ 和４３．３％ ，低于对照组４８．３％ 和５３．３％ ，但无统计学差异（Ｐ＞ ０．０５）。结论：乙肝３ 号冲剂是治疗慢性乙型肝炎的较好药物。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of HB Granule 3 on chronic hepatitis B.Methods:120 patients with over middle degree chronic hepatitis B were divided into therapeutic group and control group randomly,including 60 cases each.One group was treated with HB Granule 3, the other with interferon.After treatment,the indexes of liver fuction,HBVM and hepatic fibrosis were detected.Results:ALT,SB γ G and HA CV in therapeutic group were obviously decreased.There was significant difference between the two groups (P< 0.05～0.01 ).Negative ratio of HBeAg and HBV DNA in therapeutic group were 40 0% and 43.3%,which were slightly lower than that in control group.Conclusion:HB Granule 3 is a better medicine to treat Chronic hepatitis B.
