药品不良反应76例分析

Analysis of 76 cases of adverse drug reactions

目的:分析我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的相关因素,为促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2005年10月～2009年5月的76份ADR报告进行统计分析。结果:76例ADR涉及药物品种33个,抗菌药物引起ADR的比例最高(占36.84%);静脉滴注给药方式导致的ADR比例最多(占74%);ADR临床表现以皮肤及附件损害为主(占56.58%)。结论:应高度重视ADR报告和监测工作,提高临床安全用药意识,加强合理用药教育,确保患者用药安全。

Objective：To provide a reference for rational clinical drug use by analyzing the relative parameters and clinical data of the adverse drug reactions（ADR） reported in Nanchong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods：76 cases of ADR reported from Oct.2005 to May 2009 were statistically analyzed.Results：These cases involved 33 items of drug,among which the antibacterial drug induced ADR acounted the highest portion（36.84%）.Intravenous drip was the most delivery method causing ADR（74%）.The clinical manifestations of ADR were mostly skin and appendages damage（56.58%）.Conclusion：It is advisable to attach great importance on the ADR reporting and monitoring,improve the awareness of safety of clinical drug use and strengthen the education of rational drug use,so as to ensure the medicinal safety of patients.
