摘要
目的:探讨细辛用量与剂型对挥发油含量的影响。方法:以黄樟醚和甲基丁香酚为指标,用气相色谱法测定两者煎煮前后含量的变化。结果:相同剂量下,细辛根末所含黄樟醚的含量分别是全草煎煮10、20、30分钟后的4、12和50倍,而同时甲基丁香酚也有下降,但是黄樟醚/甲基丁香酚比例却有所上升。结论:细辛用末不可大剂量,而汤药需适当增加用量。
Objective:To evaluate the impact of dosage and formulations of asarum on volatile oil content.Methods:The content of safrol and methyleugenol are detected with GC to compare the diffirence before and after boiling.Results:Under the same dose,the content of safrol contained in asarum root were 4,12 and 50 times of that in whole asarum after boiling for 10,20,30 min.While methyleugenol content also declined.But the ratio of safrol/methyleugenol was increased.Conclusion:The dosage of asarum used as powder should not be high,but can be increased appropriately when it is boiled.
