脑梗死复发危险因素的临床观察

Investigation on risk factors of recurrence of cerebral infarction

目的:探讨脑梗死再发的危险因素。方法:对74例复发性脑梗死患者及74例初发性脑梗死患者的临床资料进行统计学分析。结果:复发性脑梗死者伴高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、心脏病、房颤、家族史、饮酒、吸烟明显高于初发脑梗死患者。结论:高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、心脏病、房颤、家族史、饮酒、吸烟是脑梗死再发的危险因素,缺血性中风的二级预防应以调整血压、血脂、血糖,控制心率,戒烟酒为主。

Objective：To discuss the risk factors of the recurrence of cerebral infarction.Methods：The clinical dada of 74 patients with recurrence of cerebral infraction and 74 patients with first cerebral infarction were statistically analyzed.Results：The death rate of the patients with recurrence of cerebral infraction complicated with hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,heart diseases,atrial fibrillation,family history,drinking and smoking was obviously higher than that of the patients with first cerebral infarction.Conclusion：Hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,heart diseases,atrial fibrillation,family history,drinking and smoking are the risk factors of cerebral infraction recurrence.The second level prevention of ischemic stroke should be mainly rely on adjusting the level of blood pressure,blood fat,blood sugar,heart rate and stopping smoking and drinking.
